Bitterballen

Bisa u/ cemilan, bekel ke sekolah, lauk kalo dimakan ama nasi, snack u/ kongkow2...
Bikinnya gampang! Luarnya garing dalamnya creamy.

100 gr margarine
1 bawang bombay (75gr), cincang halus
150 gr terigu
350 ml susu cair
250 gr daging cincang
garam, pala bubuk, merica, gula pasir...secukupnya
100 gr tepung roti
2 telur, kocok sebentar
minyak goreng secukupnya

1. Sangrai daging sampai airnya habis (tapi jangan terlalu kering)
2. Panaskan margarine, tumis bawang bombay sampai harum, lalu masukkan terigu. Aduk rata.
3. Tuang susu sedikit-sedikit, sambil aduk terus hingga adonan rata dan kental. Kemudian masukkan berturut2, daging cincang, garam, pala, merica, gula. Aduk lagi hingga adonan benar2 rata. Diamkan hingga dingin.
4. Bulatkan adonan, besarnya...sesuai selera. Kemudian gulingkan di tepung roti, celupkan di telur kocok dan gulingkan sekali lagi ke dalam tepung roti.
5. Goreng di dalam minyak panas yg cukup byk (deep fry) hingga berwarna kuning kecoklat2an. Pakai api sedang, jangan terlalu panas supaya tidak cepat gosong. Angkat, tirikan. Taro di atas kitchen towel, biar gak berminyak.

Stelah adonan jadi--masukin ke loyang persegi--biarin di kulkan sebentar biar rada keras--keluarin, potong2--baluring panir, telur, panir--goreng.

Baked Macaroni

Jangan salahin gue kalo org2 jadi ketagihan makanan satu ini...
Campurannya bisa apa aja, bisa pepperoni, daging cincang, sayur...bebas

225 gr elbow macaroni
50 gr margarine
2 cloves garlic, minced
100 gr onion, finely chopped
50 gr flour
500 ml milk
Pinch of salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
300 gr sausages, mushrooms (chopped), corned beef (totally 300 gr)
5 eggs, lightly beaten
125 gr grated cheddar cheese

1. In a large pot of boiling water, cook the macaroni according of package directions until firm-tender. Drain & transfer to a large bowl. Preheat the oven to 180C

2. Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet, heat the margarine over moderate heat. Add the garlic & onion, saute until tender. Add flour & stir until well combined. Gradually add the milk, stirring until combined. Stir in the salt, pepper & nutmeg, stirring until the sauce is lightly thickened, & add sausage, mushroom, corned beef & eggs. Stir until combined. Finally, add the macaroni & mix together.

3. Transfer to a 13x9 inch baking dish, sprinkle with cheddar cheese. And bake for 50 minutes-1 hour or until the color become brown-yellow.

CARROT Cake

Buat gue ini superb recipe! Faktor kegagalannya rendah... rasanya udah puluhan kali gue bikin carrot cake pake resep ini, gak sekalipun gagal. Resep ini turunan dari nyokap gue, dikirim ama adek gue pake SMS, ... sejak itu resep ini termasuk resep andalan gue kalo ngundang temen2 ke rumah. Udah sempet 2x gue ngadain baking class khusus ngajarin carrot cake ini.
Dibawah sono ada foto kita sekeluarga, wkt bday gue tahun yll... bday cakenya kebetulan carrot cake, krn wkt itu dah rada bosen juga tiap kali birthday di rumah cakenya mesti chocolate cake.
Atasnya biasanya gue taburan keju parut (cheedar cheese) dan almond.

5 eggs
2 cups sugar (caster sugar)
2 cups flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup oil
3.5 cups shredded carrot
1/2 cup almonds
Raisins (1 small box – 1.5 oz)

1. Preheat the oven to 1800C. Grease a 13x9 inch cake pan (or two 9 inch round pan), dust with flour.
2. In a large bowl, with an electric mixer, beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Sift together the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
4. Fold in the flour mixture until just combined.
5. Fold in the carrots, oil, almonds and raisins until combined.
6. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean – about 45 minutes.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
Mix together, until smooth:
1 tbsp (20gr) butter
4 oz cream cheese
1 tbsp vanilla
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup icing sugar
